| The Shenzhen HEX CUBES Startup Incubator, located in Qianhai, Shenzhen, has served over 5,000 entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macau in recent years. The incubator provides services such as policy consultation, business registration, tax declaration, and cross-border finance for these entrepreneurs from Hong Kong and Macau. It also assists Hong Kong and Macau youth in finding personal residences and coordinates with the government to secure entrepreneurial venues for them. |
- The renewed Implementation Rules for Encouraging and Supporting Hong Kong and Macao Youth to Start Businesses and Find Employment in Guangzhou Nansha New Area (Free Trade Zone), aimed at promoting employment and entrepreneurship among young people from Hong Kong and Macao in Nansha through a wide range of subsidy policies covering employment, housing, and medical care, were released on 16 May 2025.
- The Hong Kong and Macao New Youth Apartments are designed to provide convenient housing for young people from Hong Kong and Macao who are starting businesses, working, or studying in Nansha District, enabling them to live and work with security and peace of mind.
- The Hong Kong and Macao Youth Innovation and Entrepreneurship Base offers one-stop services—including office space, financial support, training and mentorship, and industry–university–research collaboration—to help young people from Hong Kong and Macao launch and grow enterprises, strengthen their employability, and promote exchanges, cooperation, and resource sharing between youth from the two regions and the Chinese mainland.
